Action steps: Concentrate on the positives and work to avoid negative interactions.

Every negative action or comment in a relationship requires five positive actions to offset the emotional damage. Make it a point in the next 21 days to stick to the positive in one targeted relationship. If that goes well, you can always repeat the process with another relationship next month.
